Usage :
Ortho Care Oil : Use Lukewarm 5 ml ortho care oil on the pain-affected area. Massage slowly two times a day or as directed by the physician.
Orthocare Tablets : 1-1 Tablets in morning and evening with the Luke warm water after half-hour of meals or as directed by the physician.
